Guardian CRM Use Terms

Guardian Paver CRM is an internal business application operated by Guardian Paver Sealing. These terms describe its authorized use. They do not replace the scope, pricing, payment terms or other conditions in a separately approved customer estimate or service agreement.

Authorized internal use

Only the authorized Guardian owner may access the private CRM. These informational pages do not offer public CRM registration, grant access to customer records or create a software subscription. Customers can request paver services through the Guardian estimate form.

Connected accounts and review

Connect only an account you control and are authorized to use for Guardian business. The Google Calendar connection is optional and limited to the dedicated Guardian calendar. Review the account, requested access and appointment information before authorizing a connection or confirming a synchronization. Keep personal or unnecessary sensitive information out of project notes and the Guardian calendar.

The current calendar connection uses manual Sync Now. Review conflicts, cancellations, unassigned appointments and errors in Connections. A saved quote is not automatically emailed or accepted by a customer. Confirm scheduling and written quote details before relying on them for customer commitments.

Privacy and disconnecting

Google data access, use, storage, sharing and retention are described in the Guardian CRM Privacy Notice. The general Guardian website Privacy Policy describes the public website and estimate requests.

The owner may disconnect Google in CRM Connections or revoke access in Google Account settings. Disconnecting does not delete the Google calendar or previously stored CRM records. Use the relevant record-management controls or contact Guardian about removal requests.

Availability and changes

The application and its integrations depend on the availability and account permissions of their service providers. Connection status, expired authorization, sync errors and pending features are shown in the CRM. Background synchronization, Outlook integration and private automatic ChatGPT quote uploads are not currently enabled.

Guardian may update these terms and the related notices as the application changes. Material changes in account permissions or Google data use require appropriate notice and any necessary renewed authorization.
