Guardian Paver CRM

Guardian Paver CRM is Guardian Paver Sealing’s private business workspace for customer contacts, estimates, projects, job visits, project photos and follow-up tasks. This public page explains the application; it does not display customer records or grant access to the CRM.

A private workspace for Guardian

The CRM is restricted to its authorized owner. Customers do not need a CRM account to request an estimate or work with Guardian. Quotes remain subject to their own written scope, pricing and approval terms.

Google Calendar connection

The owner can connect a Google account to create a separate Guardian Paver Sealing calendar and manage project appointments there. The connection uses the account’s email address to identify the authorized account. It does not request access to existing personal calendars, Gmail messages or Google Drive file contents.

After the owner reviews and confirms a sync, the CRM can send project visit details to the Guardian calendar and read scheduling changes back into the CRM. Appointment details can include customer or company names, project titles, service addresses, dates, times and visit notes. New Google appointments wait for the owner to link them to a project. Conflicting changes require review. Calendar cancellations affect linked visits, not the entire project.

Sync is currently initiated manually from Connections. A separate setup test uses a temporary, clearly labeled appointment without uploading customer visits. Always-on background sync, Outlook integration and private automatic ChatGPT quote uploads are not currently enabled.
