Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 17, 2026
Last updated: August 17, 2026

Guardian Paver Sealing (“Guardian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit guardianpaversealing.com, request an estimate, communicate with us, or submit information through a Guardian advertisement or lead form on Facebook, Instagram, or another platform.

This policy applies to information Guardian receives and controls. Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party services process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide through our website, telephone calls, email, text messages, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, and other communications, including:

  • Your name, telephone number, and email address.
  • A property address, ZIP code, or general project location.
  • The service requested, surface type, approximate square footage, project condition, and other estimate details.
  • Your preferred contact method and the content of messages you send us.
  • Optional project photographs that you upload or send.
  • Records of the consent language and choices presented when you submit a form.
  • Information needed to schedule, perform, document, or support a requested service.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information that is not needed for a paver-service estimate.

Information collected automatically

Our website, hosting provider, security tools, and other service providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic events. This information may be used to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand website performance.

Information from Facebook, Instagram, and other lead platforms

If you submit a Guardian lead form through Facebook, Instagram, or another platform, Guardian receives the information you choose to submit in that form. The platform may separately collect and process information under its own privacy policy. Guardian does not control the platform’s independent data practices.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Review and respond to estimate requests.
  • Call, text, or email you about the service or estimate you requested and related scheduling or follow-up.
  • Confirm whether a property is within our service region.
  • Prepare, schedule, perform, document, and support requested services.
  • Provide customer service and maintain appropriate business records.
  • Protect the website, detect spam or fraud, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our terms.
  • Improve our website, advertising, services, and customer experience.
  • Measure advertising or website performance when approved measurement tools are enabled.
  • Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.

Guardian will use lead information consistently with the notice and choices presented at the point of collection. If we want to use lead information for a materially different purpose, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.

3. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you request an estimate and provide contact information, Guardian may use the contact method you select to respond to that request. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may ask us to stop marketing texts by replying STOP, ask us not to call, or request removal from marketing email by using any available unsubscribe method or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to an active request, perform a requested service, or address a transaction or safety issue.

A privacy policy is not a substitute for any separate consent disclosure required for automated, prerecorded, or marketing calls or text messages. Guardian will follow the choices and consent language shown on the specific form you submit.

4. How We Disclose Information

Guardian does not sell or rent personal information or lead information.

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: To companies that support website hosting, private form storage, email delivery, security, communications, advertising, analytics, customer management, or other business operations. They may use the information only to provide services to Guardian or as otherwise permitted by law and their applicable terms.
  • Requested services: To contractors or service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate, schedule, perform, or support a service you requested.
  • Legal and safety reasons: When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, property, or safety of Guardian, our customers, or others; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce agreements.
  • Business changes: In connection with a potential or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
  • With your direction or consent: When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to the disclosure.

Lead information received from a Meta lead-generation feature will be used and disclosed only as permitted by Meta’s Lead Ad Terms, the notice presented with the lead form, and applicable law.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technology

The website may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies that are necessary for security, functionality, performance, or administration. If Guardian later enables optional analytics or advertising technology—such as Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, or a similar tool—the provider may receive device, browser, cookie, page-view, referral, and interaction information as described in its own privacy materials.

Guardian’s estimate form is designed not to send names, telephone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, project descriptions, consent text, or uploaded photographs to optional analytics or advertising tags. Do not place that information in a website URL.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. You can manage how Meta uses information for advertising through your Facebook or Instagram settings and learn more in the Meta Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to a request, providing services, maintaining appropriate business and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.

Optional project photographs uploaded through the website’s estimate form are scheduled for deletion from private website storage after 30 days under the site’s current operational setting. A photograph may be retained elsewhere only when reasonably necessary for a requested project, with permission, or for security, dispute, or legal purposes. Other records may be kept for different periods based on their purpose and applicable requirements.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information based on its nature and the risks involved. Website estimate photographs are stored outside the public media library and are intended to be accessible only through an authenticated administrative process. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Guardian’s services and lead campaigns are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly target lead-generation advertisements to minors or knowingly collect personal information from children through those campaigns. If you believe a child submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information you submitted to Guardian or to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or dispute purposes.

To make a request, email guardianpaversealing@outlook.com or call (407) 205-8014.

10. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our website or advertisements may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information controlled independently by Meta, Google, or another third party.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, information practices, or legal obligations. The revised policy will show an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
